Canada Secondary School Computer Science

Secondary-school computer science following the Canadian provincial computing and computer science curricula (Canada has no single national syllabus, so provinces such as Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta each set their own coding, computer studies and computer science courses — this sequence draws the common core together). The Intermediate years (7–9) build the foundations of algorithms, programming and how a computer works; the Senior years (10–12) go deep into systems, databases, security and the theory that defines the subject.
